τὴν γάρ τοι δεδηλωμένην αἵρεσιν, ψιλὸν ἄνθρωπον γενέσθαι τὸν σωτῆρα φάσκουσαν, οὐ πρὸ πολλοῦ νεωτερισθεῖσαν διευθύνων, ἐπειδὴ σεμνύνειν αὐτὴν ὡσὰν ἀρχαίαν οἱ ταύτης ἤθελον εἰσηγηταὶ, πολλὰ καὶ ἄλλα εἰς ἔλεγχον αὐτῶν τῆς βλασφήμου ψευδηγορίας παραθεὶς ὁ λόγος ταῦτα κατὰ λέξιν ἱστορεῖ
