To the Romans 7.3
Summary: Ignatius longs for the bread of God, Christ's flesh, and the drink of his blood.
English · Claude translation
I take no pleasure in perishable food or in the pleasures of this life. I want the bread of God, which is the flesh of Jesus Christ, who was of the seed of David; and for drink I want his blood, which is incorruptible love.
