Refutation of All Heresies 10.26.1

Authorship disputed: The work names no author. Book 1 was long printed among Origen's works as the Philosophumena; after books 4–10 were found in a manuscript from Mount Athos (published 1851), it was assigned to Hippolytus, the usual view today, though some scholars ascribe it to another Roman writer of the same circle. Books 2 and 3 are lost, and book 4 lacks its beginning.

Summary: Some Montanists follow Noetus, saying the Father of all is himself the Son, visible and invisible, mortal and immortal.

English · Claude translation

Others of them, attached to the heresy of the Noetians, think the same about the women and Montanus, but blaspheme about the Father of all things, saying that he himself is Son and Father, visible and invisible, begotten and unbegotten, mortal and immortal. These took their starting points from a certain Noetus.
