ἔνιοι δὲ “αὐτῶν οὐδὲ παραχαράσσειν ἠξίωσαν αὐτὰς, ἀλλʼ “ ἁπλῶς ἀρνησάμενοι τόν τε νόμον καὶ τοὺς προφή- “τὰς, ἀνόμου καὶ ἀθέου διδασκαλίας προφάσει χάρι- ‘τος εἰς ἔσχατον ἀπωλείας ὄλεθρον κατωλίσθησαν. καὶ ταῦτα μὲν τοῦτον ἱστορήσθω τὸν τρόπον.

And some of them did not even think it worth corrupting them, but simply denied the law and the prophets, and under pretext of grace slid by a lawless and godless teaching into the utmost ruin of perdition.” Let these things be recorded thus.
