τάς τε προσφορὰς καὶ λειτουργίας ἐπιτελεῖσθαι, καὶ οὐκ εἰκῆ ἢ ἀτάκτως ἐκέλευσεν γίνεσθαι, ἀλλʼ ὡρισμένοις καιροῖς καὶ ὥραις.

He commanded the offerings and services to be performed, and not carelessly or in disorder, but at fixed times and hours.
