Anaxagorae uero descriptio et motus infinitae mentis deus dicitur, et Pythagorae deus est animus per uniuersam rerum naturam commeans et intentus, ex quo etiam animalium omnium uita capiatur.

Of Anaxagoras, God is said to be the ordering and motion of an infinite mind; and Pythagoras's God is a soul passing through and extending over the whole nature of things, from which the life of all living creatures is also received.
