Only the comments on Isa 50:1 (the bill of divorce) and 54:1-3 are published.
- 13.50.1Jerome explains Isa 50:1: God did not give Jerusalem a bill of divorce out of harshness, but she left him by her own sins, and he let the adulteress go.
- 15.54.1Jerome interprets Isa 54:1–3 of the church of the Gentiles, the barren woman who outnumbers the Synagogue, the wife who received a bill of divorce, and rejects a millenarian reading.
