Τῶν γε μὴν ἐν Ἱεροσολύμοις ἐπισκόπων τοὺς χρόνους γραφῆ̣ σωζομένους οὐδαμῶς ηὑρον· κομιδῆ γὰρ οὐν βραχυβίους αὐτοὺς λόγος κατέχει γενέσθαι.

As for the bishops in Jerusalem, I have nowhere found their dates preserved in writing; for tradition holds that they were altogether short-lived.
