μάλιστα δὲ ἤκμαζεν ἐπὶ τῶνδε ’Ιουστῖνος, ἐν φιλοσόφου σχήματι πρεσβεύων τὸν θεῖον λόγον, καὶ τοῖς ὑπὲρ τῆς πίστεως ἐναγωνιζόμενος συγγράμμασιν. ὃς δὴ καὶ γράψας κατὰ Μαρκίωνος σύγγραμμα μνημονεύει ὡς καθʼ ὃν συνέταττε καιρὸν γνωριζομένου τῷ βίῳ τἀνδρός. φησὶ δὲ οὕτως
