ἔδοξέ μοι, ἵνʼ αὐτὸς ὁ Καικιλιανὸς μετὰ δέκα ἐπισκόπων, τῶν αὐτὸν εὐθύνειν δοκούντων, καὶ δέκα ἑτέρων οὓς αὐτὸς τῇ ἑαυτοῦ δίκῃ ἀναγκαίους ὑπολάβοι, εἰς τὴν ῾Ρώμην πλῷ ἀπιέναι μὴ ἀναβάλοιτο, ἵνʼ ἐκεῖσε ὑμῶν παρόντων, ἀλλὰ μὴν καὶ ῾Ρετεκίου καὶ Ματέρνου καὶ Μαρίνου, τῶν κολλήγων ὑμῶν, οὓς τούτου ἕνεκεν εἰς τὴν ῾Ρώμην προσέταξα ἐπισπεῦσαι, δυνηθῇ ἀκουσθῆναι, ὡς ἂν καταμάθοιτε τῷ σεβασμιωτάτῳ νόμῳ ἁρμόττειν.
