εἰς δὴ οὖν τὸν τοιοῦτον τῆς Ἰουδαίων περιελθο σὴς βασιλείας, ἐπὶ θύραις ἤδη καὶ ἡ τῶν ἐθνῶν ἅκ λούθως τῇ προφητείᾳ προσδοκία παρῆν, ἅτε διαλε- λοιπότων ἐξ ἐκείνου τῶν παρʼ αὐτοῖς ἐξ αὐτοῦ Μωυσέως κατὰ διαδοχὴν ἀρξάντων τε καὶ ἡγησαμένων.
