Lucifer of Cagliari
Lucifer Calaritanus
Lucifer was bishop of Cagliari and an uncompromising defender of Athanasius and the Nicene faith. From exile he sent Constantius II five long tracts, written in a Latin thick with Scripture quotation, urging the emperor to repent and warning that no communion may be held with Arians.
