These are only the fragments of Apollinaris not already on this site. The Thundering Legion passage (Fr. 1) is in Eusebius, Church History 5.5.4.
- 2A later historian reports that Apollinaris, with Irenaeus, Clement, and Serapion, taught that the incarnate Word had a human soul.
- 3Apollinaris answers those who hold that Jesus ate the Passover on the fourteenth and suffered on the feast day, arguing that this conflicts with the law and sets the Gospels against each other.
- 4Apollinaris calls the fourteenth of Nisan the Lord's true Passover and lists the events of Christ's passion and burial on that day.
